About the Storioni festival

The Storioni festival is the annual festival for chamber music in Eindhoven and the surrounding area. The artistic direction is in the hands of the Eindhoven-based Storioni Trio, consisting of Bart van de Roer (piano), Wouter Vossen (violin) and Marc Vossen (cello). Their quality, connecting power, energy, international network and above all passion for chamber music form the basis of the festival.

With a world-class programming, an informal festival atmosphere and innovative productions, the festival has built up a strong position with the public, the press and the (inter)national music world.

Unique to the Storioni Festival is its accessibility, combined with high quality. The surprising experience is created by varied programs in which the repertoire is compiled per concert by the Storioni Trio. The program offers a colorful repertoire that is rarely heard, performed by musicians who are brought together especially for each performed work. Uniformity is avoided, surprise and variety predominate. These programs can only be heard during the Storioni Festival and only in the Eindhoven region.

The audience feels the energy of the musicians and is carried away time and again by the infectious joy of playing. Time and again, the varied programs and the artistic high quality provide an unforgettable experience for both the audience and the performers
